    I recently switched from H&R Block in Ankeny to Liberty Tax due to rude service from the secretary at H&R Block. I went straight to Liberty and got in right away with no wait time! The tax lady who helped me at Liberty was able to crack jokes right away which helped calm me down after dealing with the rude service from H&R. She made me and my family comfortable right away offering drinks , snacks and a movie and coloring for our child. She went above and beyond explaining things to us and even filed our taxes 3 different ways, to ensure we got the most money back on our return. At the end, Liberty gave us $50 for coming in and filing with them. They also explained the $50 refer a friend unlimited and the $1300 refund advance option. I will never return to H&R block and am now a Liberty Tax Customer for life!

    I call the office all the time about questions that I have and everybody is so nice and they seem to care a lot about what they do. Everything feels like home. I am glad me and my boyfriend decided to choose this place as a place to live.

    Kathy is our buying and selling agent. She was great in the beginning, answered phone calls and text messages very quickly, got us into every house we wanted to see very quickly. Once we made an offer on our home it all went south, we have left multiple voice mails and text messages and have not heard from Kathy since end of April. We closed on our new home on 4/26, we had a hard time even scheduling a final walk thru on our new home, we had to contact the selling agent to set something up. We had the selling agents firm calling us threating to sue us for not having all paperwork done and our agent did not return phone calls. I called Kathy with no return call and then texted her to call me due to the threats to sue on 4/26 and still to this day we have not heard back from her. We worked with the lawyers office and the selling agent to get everything finalized to close on the new home. Here we are 3 days from selling our townhome with her and we still can not get ahold of her, left a voicemail Thursday or Friday last week, advised we had a few questions and no answer. I would just think twice before putting her sign in your yard.

    Great place to live. Great location. Amazing staff. If there was any concern or issue, they would address it immediately. Can't ask for any better service. Keep up the great work.
