This place has nice apartments, but with now 6 different property managers in 3 years, (most recent purchased the property) it is tiring to not have stability and continuity. This latest management company (owners) nickel and dime you to death with fees and it is getting more expensive to live in this place every day. Just to pay your rent you pay a "convenience fee" of a $1 per transaction. This may not be much to most, but it shouldn't be charged since most banks do ACH transfers free! You are paying $12 extra bucks a year to just pay rent on time! On top of this, they are charging an average for water use for the entire property based on no actual water usage for the apartment you are renting! On top of this, you are paying for trash on a monthly percentage, so depending on who is moving in or out there is more trash and you have to pick up the costs as a tenant. One nice thing (that will probably end soon) is the internet is included in rent and is relatively fast and uptime is good. You don't have a choice in television providers though it is DirecTV or nothing at all. (over the air gets about 35-45 channels and internet TV is ok but you will need to purchase faster internet.) The management staff are great and very willing to listen to you and willing to help you in any way they can. It is just upsetting that they (parent company) squeeze their renters for every penny they can. Hope they have a change of heart, but corporations aren't people... so not holding my breath.
